1968

New for the 1968 model is the all new Corvette, gone is the fast back design the new Corvette resembles the concept Mako Shark Corvette design. Also new is the totally redesigned Chevelle as well as the all new Nova that now has a frame design from the Camaro. This will be the last year for the Chevy II trim option. The Camaro get a few changes but for the most part remains the same. The Impala / Caprice gets new sheet metal on the front and rear, this will be the last year for the fastback design that started in 1965. The Corvair's appearance remains unchanged, the only change is that the four door model is no longer  an option. Only the Coupe and Convertible are available in the Chevrolet product line.
