Welcome to the American Cars.

The Cord

1929-1932, L-29

1936-1937, 810/812

In the late 1920's the country was in a deep depression and a small Automobile

company in Auburn Indiana by the name of Auburn Automobile Company was

struggling to keep its head above the waves of red ink. Its owner E.L.Cord

was trying desperately to save his small company from bankruptcy. His last chance to

save his dying company was the Cord 810 but it was to little to late and the

Company stopped producing cars in December 1937.
